OLYMPIC BOBSLEIGH RUN IGLS

The bobsleigh run was built especially for the 1976 Olympic Winter Games and still today it is the venue of international competitions. Don´t miss to visit this unique sports facility! Accessible on foot within a 35 minutes´ walk or by bus from Igls. The run is in operation from early November through late February as well as from early June through late September.

The Ultimate Adrenaline Kick:
From late December through late February, you can take a ride on the Olympic bobsleigh run at Igls, where Olympic sports heroes and heroines were competing for their chance at glory. The sleigh is piloted by a professional driver, but the adrenaline rush couldn´t be greater if you were at the helm.

And what about bobsleigh in the summer? You can go down the Olympic run in a special sleigh from early June through late September. This is not for the faint of heart. It is the most adrenalizing and jaw-dropping ride you can imagine. And at speeds of up to 100 km/h, it´s a blast.
