The pretty town of Aurach is located 3km south of Kitzbühel.

With its 1,200 inhabitants, about 900 beds and many award-winning restaurants, our town in the Kitzbüheler Alps has maintained its traditional charm. Hundreds-of-year old farms, many of them practicing the organic approach to agriculture, make our town so very special. In addition, our farmers provide the local hotels and restaurants with their first-rate produce.
Because of its central location between Kitzbühel and Jochberg the Kitzbühel ski area is within eas reach.

At an altitude of 1,100m Tirol’s highest outdoor gamepark is located. On an area of 40 hectares guests can encounter some 200 animals including red deer, lynx, wild boars, yaks, Zebu cattle, marmots, wild ducks, pheasants, peacocks, ibexes and more.
