Brixen im Thale (800 meters above sea level), a 15-minute drive from the famous town of Kitzbühel and amid the Kitzbühel Alps, is a charming and friendly winter sports resort.

Austria´s largest connected ski area boasts of total of 91 top modern ski lifts and 279km of immaculate ski runs (of which 210km are covered in artificial snow) for all levels of difficulty. 70 quaint mountain huts, après-ski bars and inns cater to the hungry and thirsty skier.

Brixen boasts a dense network of beautiful cross-country skiing tracks with access to the tracks in Kirchberg/Kitzbühel and Westendorf.

Excellent restaurants and traditional inns cater to all tastes and pocketbooks.
