ABOUT 200 ANIMALS ON A 40-HECTARE SITE

The deer park is nestled in a beautiful high-alpine area near Aurach/Kitzbühel 1,000m above sea level. An ideal place for relaxation and recreation.

The Pletzer family provides a home for animals such as red deer, fallow deer, yacs, llamas, monkeys, kangaroos, wild boars, pot-bellied pigs and many other animals.

A fence 2 meters in height enclosing the area allows people to get very close to the animals.

Young visitors will love the many young animals in spring.

Antler dropping in spring and the autumn rutting season are a perfect reason for visiting the park as well.

In winter, the animal park´s snowy landscape is ideal for long walks.

Animal feeding takes place at 2:30pm every day in summer and winter and is very popular with visitors.

Enjoy a hearty meal in the cozy "Branderhofstube" after a walk through the park. There´s also a playground for kids.
