12 km long track: start and finish at the indoor pool - across the plain in the direction of Neuwieben - through the forest (ascent) via Stelzern in the direction of Au to the Haslinghof. Easy downhill via Schwendt to Flecken, turn-off to the Buchensteinwand cross country skiing track with connection to St. Jakob. From Flecken back across flat pastures to the Gasthof Strasserwirt. Gentle ascent - back to Neuwieben and to the starting point at the indoor pool after 12 km of cross country skiing.

8 km long track: indoor pool - Neuwieben - long, but gentle ascent to Weissleiten (difference in altitude approx. 100 m) - descent via Au - Neuwieben and back to the indoor pool.
