Unpleasant surprise
Dear Sir, Madam,
To our suprise when we selected your recommended hotel we assumed that the hotel had all the facilities you offered. The All-inklusive Hotel Central had all the...
... offered facilities - BUT NOT IN THE HOTEL. We had to walk for dinner - which caused numerous problems when family members were sick and could not leave the hotel. Als the Hotel is called CENTRAL but was far from central - please in future give a correct and true picture of the facilities.
