Haus Winklerkreuz - Alpbach
We Stayed with Herr and Frau Larch at Haus Winklerkreuz in January 2011 in Alpbach.
They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was clean with a lovely...
... balcony and view and the breakfasts excellent.
The whole trip was delightful. The accomodation was fantastic value for money and Alpach is a beautiful village.

Amazing Place
My friend and I have just had a fantastic week snow boarding in Alpbach and to make things better we had this fantastic accommodation to come home to everyday. Joseph and his wife were...
... very friendly and excellent hosts in their B&B setup. The rooms were spacious, the house was clean and charming and the breakfasts were excellent. Literally 5 minutes walk to the centre of the town which was big enough for us with supermarket and a few pubs and some other shops. Very much enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back one day.

Lovely days at Haus Winklercreuz
In July we spent nine wonderful days walking in the mountains around Alpbach. We rent a very nice and clean apartment with all facilities, and of course a beatiful wiew, at Haus...
... Winklerkreuz. We also spent time in the lovely garden.
The Larch family were very helpful and friendly and we can really recommend this nice house in Alpbach!

my wife and i have organised our own holidays in Austria for the last 10 years and we share the opinion that Haus Winklerkreuz on the whole is the best of all the private houses or...
... small hotels which we have stayed in. it is better in terms of space, comfort and friendliness than any of the larger hotels we stayed in on package holidays previously. this is genuinely a fabulous place to stay and offers comfort and care and is terrific value for money.

the room was spacious, well appointed, immaculately clean and offered impressive views from window and balcony. a drying room is available for drying clothes, coats and shoes on wet days. there is the opportunity to use drinks facilities in the breakfast room at no extra cost with a guests fridge for storage and from where drinks can be purchased.

mr and mrs Larch are welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful with any questions we have. they provide information about places to visit and recommend places of interest. they are genuinely interested in what we do. the room and bathroom are attended to daily with an appropriate change of towels and bedding.

we are always provided with an extensive buffet breakfast. the breakfasts are varied on a daily basis and are always fresh, with a choice of drinks. every effort is made to meet requests.
