We went for the option of the studio apartment. It was lovely and very spacious with a fully fitted kitchen. It was a two minute walk from Alpbach center (ski bus stop/ ski...
... hire/shops/restaurants etc).
<br /><br />There was constant hot running water and more than adequate heating a warm welcome from the extreme cold weather conditions outside. The view from either side of the house was spectacular.
<br /><br />The hostess gave us the option to have bread rolls delivered to the house from the local Bakery and collect them in the hallway every morning which was convenient, cheap and very fresh. The Hostess, Martina was very nice and helpful and very approachable. We loved our stay in the Furstenhausl and wish we had stayed longer we could not recommend enough our stay here to anyone considering to book this place.

The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you would need for self-catering. Very impressed. We couldn't ask for more. The accommodation was very well insulated with constant hot running water. Living room was very spacious and comfortable. We would definitely recommend a stay at this guesthouse. Two minute walk from the center of Alpbach.

Wir haben kurzfristig drei Übernachtungen im Fürstenhäusl gebucht, um die gute Skitouren-Bedingungen im Alpbachtal für ein verlängertes Wochenende zu nutzen. Und die Unterkunft bei...
... Familie Lederer war das perfekte "Basislager" für unsere Unternehmungen. Erfreulich war zum Beispiel, dass wir aufgrund der Verfügbarkeit spontan ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade bekamen. Unser Komfort-Zimmer war hell, sehr geräumig, mit schönem, modernen Bad und Südbalkon mit toller Aussicht. Am Morgen gab's ein ehrliches, schmackhaftes Frühstück. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis der Unterkunft absolut zufrieden.

Das Haus war sehr schön, die Zimmer schlicht - so wie ich lt. Internet erwartet habe. Besonders gefallen haben mir die liebevolle Gestaltung des Fernsehraums und die Dekoration im Haus....

A well served private guesthouse
We had a wonderful stay at the Furstenhausl from Fam. Lederer.
Nice and fresh clean served pirvate house. A good location with a nice view. Sunny in the day.
